7:30 - 8:30am: Coffee, Tea, Fruit & Yogurt

8:30 - 10am: Yoga Practice & Morning Meditation

10 - 11am: Breakfast

12 - 2pm: High Intensity Movement + Session

2:30 - 3:30pm: Lunch

5 - 7pm: Movement / Daily Activation or Free Time

7:30pm: Dinner

8:30 - 9pm Evening Meditation, Deep Stretch, Soundbath or Experience

Pricing includes air conditioned lodging for 7 nights, airport transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta airport, welcome bag full of your favorite wellness brands, 3 nourishing meals per day + snacks & coffee, 2+ movement practices a day, private boat excursion, free use of kayaks & snorkeling gear, professional photographs documenting your experience & daily evening activities [ice bath, beach dinner, bonfire, etc].

traveling with someone?

If you are traveling with a roommate, you can absolutely request to room together. Requests are taken seriously but cannot always be accommodated. Every room and penthouse has shared but private bathrooms & showers. In addition to in-room facilities, there are also many private bathrooms and showers near the yoga shala. In addition, you’ll find lounging spaces all over the property [for those who need extra time and space to recharge their social batteries, I can assure you that you’ll have what you need].

cancellation policy

All payments received are non-refundable. However, in the event you need to cancel and we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund minus a $500 administration fee.
